The NSA Show proved once again why it’s such a valuable gathering for those serving the supermarket industry. From vibrant conversations on the floor to meaningful new partnerships, this year’s event delivered a powerful mix of business development and cultural celebration.
“The NSA Show is where relationship-building meets real momentum.” Says Ed Sepelak, Ravyx VP of SMB Sales, “It’s always exciting to connect with customers and partners who share our passion for serving diverse communities through innovative retail solutions.”
It was energizing to reconnect with so many customers in person. The show had a truly vibrant atmosphere — one that reflected the deep cultural roots and entrepreneurial spirit of the NSA community. From booth conversations to walking the floor, it was clear that community and innovation remain at the heart of this industry.
“Every conversation at the NSA Show reinforces how critical strong partnerships are in this space.” Comments Victor Peña, Business Development Manager, “Whether it’s helping independents compete or connecting with solution-driven teams, we walk away with deeper relationships and clearer paths to impact.”
We were proud to see Supermarket Source showcasing their full suite of systems, with Lissette and team leading the charge. Ravyx provided a Toshiba POS system to display in one of their check stand systems, helping to offer the audience a full service understanding of checkout solutions. Their booth was a hub of activity and a clear reflection of their dedication to innovation and service.
We also had strong engagements with AppCard, a team of loyalty experts empowering independents of all sizes with enterprise-level solutions. Within the Ravyx booth, they showcased their rewards program’s in-lane terminal, new in-store signage for grocers, and the seamless integration to our solutions.
Additionally, Eagle Business Solutions, out of Florida, joined us at the show as well. Walking the show floor, creating connections, and more. They have a very large presence in the NSA community in the south, and it was a great opportunity for them to come up north and interact and create more connections within such a great association.
International growth and cross-border collaboration were strong themes at this year’s show. One standout presence was ProDominicana, the agency dedicated to promoting exports and investment opportunities from the Dominican Republic. Their showcase highlighted the country’s growing impact on the U.S. food and retail industry and reinforced the importance of supporting diverse, international supply chains in our space.
Congratulations to SID, a standout player in industrial and food production from the Dominican Republic, who was honored as International Retailer of the Year. It was inspiring to see such recognition for companies driving excellence at a global scale.
The NSA Show continues to be a key space for sharing ideas, building cultural bridges, and moving our industry forward together. We’re leaving the show with new energy, new ideas, and exciting opportunities to deepen our relationships across the community.
